In October 2020 I participated in the first Swiss Underwater Video Challenge, the Swiss Championship in Underwater Videography.
This is a live underwater video competition, which means you've got 1 day to shoot all your footage at one predetermined dive site together with all the other video and photo teams. To edit our submitted film we had 1 week available before we had to hand in the final film.
Since this competition is also the Swiss Championship, it means that the 1. and 2. placed videographers are qualified for the World Championship in Portugal in October 2021.
My dive buddy Pascal and I won first place with our film "Stress Relief" and were named Swiss Champion in Underwater Videography 2020! Very proud and happy with the result. 😊
