I've had a chance to test the new Paralenz Underwater Action Camera first hand on a recent trip to Vietnam. Is it really the best underwater action camera?
After completing this review, the team at Paralenz came back to me regarding some of the issues, that I encountered while testing the camera.
Issue 1: Connecting to the app takes several attempts and the connection keeps breaking off.
Quick fix solution: Make sure to close the app and reopen it bevor trying to connect to the camera. Now you should be able to connect right away.
Issue 2: Camera doesn't recognize any SD-cards and permanently gives the error: "No SD-card".
Solution: Use a Sandisk Extreme or faster Micro SD-Card (Samsung cards will result in a unreliable performance, as I have experienced it).
